Yes, Ocean Air is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs, with up to 2 pets per apartment home. A refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 for cats and $100 for dogs. Breed restrictions do apply.
